AbiFlow Privacy

Effective 5 September 2026. This policy applies to the AbiFlow app (com.x70.abiflow). A local-first Abitur planner with a manually maintained timetable and an optional CloudKit school ranking.

2. What x70 collects

• With school ranking off, x70 does not receive lessons, exams, grades, goals, focus sessions, or timetable details.
• If you enable school ranking, AbiFlow stores an automatically generated public alias, a one-way school-group key, Abi year, aggregate XP, aggregate focus minutes, streak, and a random participant identifier in AbiFlow's public CloudKit database. Your chosen name stays on your device. Other participants see aliases generated by the app, including for older ranking records. Ranking information is used only to provide and update the ranking, is linked to the random identifier, and is not used for tracking or combined with a real-world identity by x70.
• AbiFlow does not send grades, individual focus sessions, learning goals, lessons, exams, rooms, or teacher names to the ranking database.

3. Data kept by the app

• Learning goals, focus sessions, manually entered timetable entries, exams, grades, federal state, Abitur subjects, and preferences are stored in the app container on your device.
• A backup is created only when you choose Export. You control the destination selected in Apple's share or Files interface. Restoring a backup restores planning data without importing another device's ranking identity or consent to sharing.

• Notifications are requested only for reminders you choose.
• Network access is used only for the optional CloudKit school ranking and links you choose to open.

6. Tracking, advertising, and analytics

AbiFlow does not track you across apps or websites, sell app data, show third-party advertising, or include a developer-operated product-analytics SDK. System diagnostics remain controlled by your Apple device settings unless you deliberately share information with support.

7. Retention and deletion

• Local records remain until you delete them in AbiFlow or remove the app, subject to device and iCloud backup behavior controlled by Apple.
• Disabling ranking or erasing app data requests deletion of your ranking record. If iCloud is unavailable, local planning remains usable and AbiFlow retains only the record's random deletion identifier until removal is confirmed. Settings shows pending removal and a retry action; the app also retries on its next launch or return to the foreground.
• Ranking data remains in CloudKit until removal is confirmed. Removal requires the same iCloud account that published the record. If you cannot access that account, contact support for help. Removing the app before a pending deletion is confirmed can remove its local retry information; device and iCloud backup behavior is controlled by Apple.

8. Support, rights, and security

If you email support, x70 receives the contact information and message you choose to send. Do not include sensitive app records unless they are necessary for your request. Support correspondence is handled under the main x70 website Privacy Policy.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email contact@x70.one. You may also complain to the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).

The app uses Apple platform protections appropriate to the data it stores. No storage method is risk-free, so keep your device updated, use a device passcode, and protect exported archives yourself.

9. Audience and safety

AbiFlow is designed for students preparing for the German Abitur. It does not require an x70 account or ask for a date of birth. A parent or guardian should decide whether an optional public ranking is appropriate where local law requires parental consent.

10. Changes

A material change to the app's data handling will be reflected in this policy and, where required, in the App Store privacy disclosure before the changed feature is released.
