Focus Wallet Privacy

Effective 3 September 2026. This policy applies to the Focus Wallet app (com.x70.FocusWallet). A Screen Time focus tool that uses Apple's opaque Family Controls selections, local attention receipts, and optional private iCloud history.

2. What x70 collects

x70 does not receive the apps, websites, or categories you select, your focus intentions, routines, sessions, or attention history.
Focus Wallet has no account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or developer-operated focus backend. Apple's Family Controls framework represents your selection as opaque tokens; Focus Wallet cannot turn those tokens into a readable list of app or website names.

3. Data kept by the app

Opaque Screen Time selection tokens, session intentions, durations, routines, daily budgets, completed-session receipts, preferences, and purchase-entitlement state are stored in the app's protected container and app group as needed for its Screen Time extensions.
A portable history archive is created only when you choose Export. You select its destination with Apple's system interface.

4. When data leaves the device

Apple Screen Time

Apple's Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity services process the private selection and enforce shields or schedules on your device. x70 does not receive a copy of the selection.

Optional private iCloud history

If you enable iCloud history, Focus Wallet sends eligible focus-history records to your private Apple CloudKit database for sync between your devices. Screen Time selections are not uploaded to an x70 server.

Apple StoreKit

Apple processes App Store purchase information. Focus Wallet receives only transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore Focus Pass.

5. Permissions

Screen Time authorization is requested in Apple's system sheet and can be revoked in system Settings.
iCloud access is used only after you enable the optional history sync.

6. Tracking, advertising, and analytics

Focus Wallet does not track you across apps or websites, sell app data, show third-party advertising, or include a developer-operated product-analytics SDK. System diagnostics remain controlled by your Apple device settings unless you deliberately share information with support.

7. Retention and deletion

Local history and routines remain until you delete them, erase Focus Wallet data, or remove the app, subject to backups controlled by Apple.
Private CloudKit history remains until you erase synced data or disable and remove it through Focus Wallet, subject to Apple's retention and recovery behavior.

8. Support, rights, and security

If you email support, x70 receives the contact information and message you choose to send. Do not include sensitive app records unless they are necessary for your request. Support correspondence is handled under the main x70 website Privacy Policy.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email contact@x70.one. You may also complain to the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).

The app uses Apple platform protections appropriate to the data it stores. No storage method is risk-free, so keep your device updated, use a device passcode, and protect exported archives yourself.

9. Audience and safety

Focus Wallet is a general productivity tool. It does not create an x70 account or knowingly collect children's personal data.

10. Changes

A material change to the app's data handling will be reflected in this policy and, where required, in the App Store privacy disclosure before the changed feature is released.
